Performing dimensional measurements on a three-coordinate measuring machine (probing or contact scanning), optical microscopes or with manual measuring tools, according to a plan or sketch or according to a submitted reference CAD model.

• We perform measurements on standard or very demanding 3D measuring objects. The measuring objects can be products or semi-finished products such as: various samples, parts or assemblies of tools, clamping devices, reference standards, etc.

• We offer analysis of the measurements performed and professional advice.

• Measuring range:

- Optical measuring microscope: (200 x 300) mm.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO /IEC 17025 standard by the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with the accreditation certificate LK-004 for the calibration of ultrasonic devices and with the accreditation certificate LP-107 for the testing of ultrasonic systems according to the ASTM E317:21 standard.

We offer our customers periodic calibration of ultrasonic devices according to the SIST EN ISO 22232-1:2020 standard or testing of ultrasonic systems (device together with test probe) according to the ASTM E317:21 standard.

All services can be performed in the laboratory premises or at the customer's premises.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO /IEC 17025 standard by the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with the accreditation certificate LK-004 for the calibration of magnetic field meters.

We offer customers calibration in accordance with an internal procedure, which is fully developed within the company SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. The calibration of magnetic field meters is performed using a generated homogeneous magnetic field within an appropriate coil, in the range from 1 A/cm to 120 A/cm.

The service can be performed in the laboratory premises.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO /IEC 17025 standard by the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with the accreditation certificate LK-004 for the calibration of illuminance meters or visible light meters.

We offer customers calibration in accordance with an internal procedure, which is fully developed within the company SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. We perform calibration of visible light meters inside a darkroom, in the range from 60 lux to 3000 lux.

Non-accredited, at the customer's request, we can also perform calibration in the ranges between 1 lux - 60 lux and between 3000 lux - 20000 lux.

The service can be performed in the laboratory premises.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO /IEC 17025 standard by the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with the accreditation certificate LK-004 for the calibration of UV-A light irradiance meters.

We offer customers calibration in accordance with an internal procedure, which is fully developed within the company SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. Calibration of UV-A light irradiance meters is performed inside a darkroom, in the range from 0.5 mW/cm2 to 5 mW/cm2.

We can perform the service in the laboratory premises.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO /IEC 17025 standard by the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with the accreditation certificate LP-107 for testing UV-A light irradiance.

We offer our customers testing in accordance with an internal procedure that is fully developed within the company SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. The test of UV-A light sources, specifically UV-A LED lights, which are an integral part of the equipment for magnetic examination (MT) of materials, is performed inside a darkroom.

We can perform the service in the laboratory premises.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO /IEC 17025 standard by the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with the accreditation certificate LP-107 for testing magnetic field strength.

We offer customers testing in accordance with the internal procedure, which refers to the SIST EN ISO 9934-3:2015 standard. The test of hand-held - AC electromagnets or yokes is performed to determine whether the magnetic field strength produced by the hand-held electromagnet is sufficient to meet the standard for magnetic testing (MT) of materials.

The service can be performed in the laboratory premises.

In addition to accredited services, the laboratory also offers non-accredited calibrations of standards.

For these, as well as for accredited calibrations, the laboratory ensures the traceability of measurements at the national and international level using calibration equipment that is regularly calibrated in accredited laboratories and recognized national metrology institutes.
